Triad Office Solutions began its journey as Triad Business Centers, a pioneering business incubator on Briarwood Drive in Jackson, MS. Launched in 2010 by David Robertson, Triad initially aimed to fill vacant office space in his building by offering small businesses an affordable, professional environment to grow and thrive. At the time, it was one of the first locally owned business incubators of its kind in Jackson, catering to entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses seeking a stepping stone to success.

The vision for Triad was clear: to provide a workspace that combined flexibility with professionalism, offering everything from virtual office services to coworking spaces and private offices. Robertson's goal was to create a supportive ecosystem for independent professionals who needed more than just a home office or a coffee shop. Entrepreneurs could benefit from a business address, meeting spaces, and collaborative environments without the high overhead of traditional office leases.

Over the years, Triad evolved with the changing needs of its clients and the growing demand for flexible office solutions. April Love, who joined Triad in 2018 and worked her way up to operations manager, became a key part of the company's success. Inspired by the mission to help startups and small businesses establish their presence, Love and the team were instrumental in shaping the welcoming, resource-rich environment that Triad became known for.
