Yes, our friendly team will welcome your guests at reception and direct them to your meeting room. They’ll also prepare your room and be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
We can make sure your guests are refreshed with coffee or water. We also allow outside catering/food.
If there are no other bookings after yours, you can use the meeting room for as long as you like that day—we’ll update the checkout time and cost.
You are welcome to wait in the reception area up to 30 minutes before your meeting room booking starts. You may be able to access the room earlier than your booking time if there are no other bookings—just speak to the reception team at your chosen workspace.
You can cancel your meeting room booking for free if it is done 48 hours before your reservation.
- If you cancel your room booking within 48 hours from your reservation you will forfeit 100% of the booking cost.
