How many people can your rooms accommodate?
We have a variety of room sizes and most of our workspaces have rooms for up to 20 people.
What is included?
All our meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, half-day, or day and are equipped with facilities to help your session go smoothly, including a whiteboard, coffee, or water. Our on-site team will greet your guests and ensure you have everything you need, with your room set up just as you want it. All our rooms have business-grade conference phone technology, including high-speed internet, with screens and projectors available if required.
What extra services do you offer?
We can arrange for our on-site team to help you with any printing, scanning, or admin services you might need. Also, we have notaries on staff.
How do I book a room?
You can book your room online and book on the move. Or if you want help finding the perfect space, contact us and our experienced advisers will help you find the ideal room, and arrange for you to visit the space if you want.
Will someone be there to greet my guests?
Yes, our friendly team will welcome your guests at reception and direct them to your meeting room. They’ll also prepare your room and be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Do you offer drinks or catering?
We can make sure your guests are refreshed with coffee or water. We also allow outside catering/food.
What happens if my meeting runs over, or I need the room for longer?
If there are no other bookings after yours, you can use the meeting room for as long as you like that day—we’ll update the checkout time and cost.
How early can I or my guests arrive for the meeting?
You are welcome to wait in the reception area up to 30 minutes before your meeting room booking starts. You may be able to access the room earlier than your booking time if there are no other bookings—just speak to the reception team at your chosen workspace.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your meeting room booking for free if it is done 48 hours before your reservation.
- If you cancel your room booking within 48 hours from your reservation you will forfeit 100% of the booking cost.
